As Nursery Manager you will work closely with the team in the rooms, oversees nursery operations, and takes responsibility for maintaining strong EYFS delivery while supporting the nursery’s continued growth. The setting operates with a focus on quality of care, consistency, and integrity. Relationships between staff, children, and families are central to how the nursery runs, and the manager plays a key role in setting that tone through their own practice and approach.
