Job Description:

Salary: £33,374 - £39,542, assuming good attendance and up to 4 sleep-ins per month

Working in our Children’s Homes means being part of a young person’s daily life, supporting them through highs and lows. Our support workers help young people regain their childhood and develop into well-rounded adults. It’s a rewarding role with challenges and small victories that make a big difference.

Our homes cater to young people with social, emotional, and mental health needs, aiming for positive outcomes. Support workers find fulfillment in making small but meaningful changes, celebrating every success.


Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure daily routines such as preparing young people for school and assisting with homework
* Complete paperwork and plan activities
* Engage in evening and weekend activities like gaming, sports, or outings


What We Offer:

* Base salary: £28,134 - £34,302
* Sleep-in payments: Up to 4 per month at £80 each (approx. £3,840/year) and £1,400 Attendance Allowance for good attendance
* 4-week induction at our Care Academy
