We are seeking a Business Development Director to lead our sales and marketing strategy and collaboration across the business in the UK.
The successful candidate will be skilled at engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds and building strong partnerships to achieve shared goals, being proactive and resilient in driving business growth in a dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and continuously improve the country sales strategy and process in line with Group objectives
Responsible for co-ordinating UK marketing activity with internal and external partners
Propose and plan campaigns and represent Nordomatic UK at events and public forums
Act as a mentor for the UK sales team
Essential skills:
Experience in strategic sales and business development, preferably in a related field e.g. BMS, energy management or related energy efficiency solutions
Proven experience in identifying and closing B2B opportunities
Strong financial understanding and commercial proficiency
Understanding of data-driven services SaaS models, technology and integration between systems
Previous experience within the BMS industry would be a distinct advantage.
The role could be based out of any one of our three UK offices - Sale, Reigate or Midlands.
