The Digital Transformation Project Manager leads multiple projects, coordinating activities including change management. They will utilize both change and project management skills to deliver the Digital and Transformation Team's portfolio.
Experience in the NHS is not mandatory, but demonstrated success in delivering benefits in complex environments is essential.
Main duties of the job
The Digital Project Manager ensures the successful delivery of Digital Transformation programmes, including optimisation of the Trust's EPR - Cerner Millennium, and manages specific workstreams from initiation through to implementation, under the guidance of the Programme Manager.
Responsibilities include leading project phases, from setup to future state design and change implementation.

Lead digital systems optimisation, including Cerner Millennium, and manage digital projects with partner Trust Ashford St Peters Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Manage project planning, risks, issues, stakeholder engagement, and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Collaborate with other project managers and teams to identify dependencies and manage interfaces.
Maintain project documentation, including user expectations, goals, work effort, RACI, and deliverables.
Contribute to Digital Optimisation and Transformation Plans and oversee change management processes.
Person Specification
Qualifications
* Postgraduate qualification or equivalent experience
* Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, Visio, and cloud-based project management tools
Knowledge and Experience
* Experience in digital transformation programmes
* Proven track record in large-scale project management and change management
* Familiarity with clinical information systems and Cerner modules
Disclosure and Barring Service Check
This role requires a DBS check due to its nature and responsibilities.
Salary: £48,270 to £54,931 per annum including HCAS
