About the Role: We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven F&I Administration Assistant to support our Finance & Insurance operation across the groups. In this varied role, you’ll play a vital part in report generation & analysis, measuring compliance, ensuring accurate auditing of branch paperwork, and providing essential support to our sites.
You will report to the Group F&I Development Manager and you will be responsible for sales and finance analysis, auditing, administrative duties, and site communication – helping ensure we meet both internal standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
* Sales & Finance Analysis
Assist with compiling and analysing sales performance and finance reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
* Deal Auditing
Review and audit finance deals to ensure accuracy & regulatory compliance.
* VAT Auditing
Conduct regular checks on VAT submissions, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and aligned with HMRC guidelines.
* General Administration
Manage and maintain digital and physical records, update internal systems and support reporting needs.
* Site Communication & Support
Act as a liaison between Head Office and our dealerships, offering clear guidance and prompt administrative support.
About You:
* Experience in an administration role, preferably within an automotive or finance environment
* Strong Excel and data handling skills
* Meticulous attention to detail and process accuracy
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines
* A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
