Tesco Colleague - Lymington High Street Express
Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £12.45 an hour; this increases to £13.66 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.
We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours of work each week. Part‑time hours are also available, with a minimum of 12 hours per week.
The availability windows for the role are:
* Sunday: 11:00 – 19:00
* Wednesday: 16:00 – 23:00
* Saturday: 10:00 – 18:00

Responsibilities
* Deliver great natural service to customers, knowing their needs and serving them with pride.
* Be passionate and knowledgeable about the products and services in the store.
* Work across the store in service, picking, and replenishment areas as required.
* Apply all training to work safely, effectively and with great customer focus.
* Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines that meet their needs.
* Participate in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
* Understand your store’s performance and collaborate to drive service, sales, reduce waste and shrink, and deliver profit.
* Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure best condition for customers.
* Live our values, make everyone feel welcome and follow all policies.
* Accept deliveries into the store when required.

* Ability to build rapport with customers, ensuring a great shopping trip.
