1. Strategic Leadership: Build and execute a comprehensive North American sales strategy within your first six months.
2. Growth‑Focused Mindset: Allocate the majority of your efforts toward acquiring new customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing strategic partners.
3. High‑Value Project Management: Lead complex, consultative, and long‑cycle capital‑equipment sales efforts, including projects ranging from mid‑scale to large multi‑million‑dollar investments.
4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with affiliated business units and regional teams across the Americas to maximize shared opportunities and coordinated market reach.
5. Technical Partnership: Collaborate with engineering specialists in Europe to develop tailored freezing and chilling solutions that meet the rigorous performance and compliance demands of North American processors.

The Successful Applicant
6. Extensive experience (5+ years) in industrial capital‑equipment sales, ideally involving thermal‑processing, cooling, or freezing systems.
7. Commercial Agility: Comfortable managing long sales cycles, multi‑stakeholder negotiations, and large CAPEX decision processes.
8. Industry Knowledge: Strong familiarity with factory operations and food‑processing environments, particularly in protein or bakery segments.
9. Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel frequently across North America and to international industry events.
