Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Manager to oversee our food services at one of our vibrant leisure centres in Stratford-Upon-Avon. This role is vital in ensuring high-quality dining experiences that support our mission of promoting active lifestyles within the community. The position is based in Stratford-Upon-Avon.
Responsibilities
* Manage daily food and beverage operations within the centre, ensuring excellent service and quality standards.
* Supervise kitchen and dining staff, fostering a positive team environment.
* Oversee food safety compliance and maintain hygiene standards.
* Develop menus that cater to diverse customer needs and preferences.
* Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
* Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and customer service.
* Promote a welcoming atmosphere that encourages community engagement.
* Qualifications
* Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or culinary roles.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Experience supervising food service operations in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
* Knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Previous experience managing budgets or financial performance is a plus.
