Working Style: Your workstyle will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, technically skilled individual to join our team as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer. Digital Operations is at the forefront of providing robust technical support and transformational development for essential, underpinning services including virtualisation technologies, SAN/Cloud Storage Platforms, and Azure/O365. Our team is dedicated to ensuring the seamless operation and reliability of these core services, which are vital to all service areas throughout the council.

As an Infrastructure Operations Engineer you will be responsible for the preparation and support of IT operations solutions and services according to industry and organisational best practices standards, service requirements and key performance indicators (KPIs) throughout the product life cycle.
About you:
Do you have:
1. Experience in working in a busy ICT environment
2. Experience with working in a multidisciplined project team.
3. Experience in selecting and implementing IT service management tools and systems.
4. Ability to identify and report issues that could affect overall service delivery.
5. The ability to take accountability and ownership of issues that occur until resolved or mitigated.
6. Experience with asset and configuration management
