We are looking to recruit an Customer Services Coordinator to join our Customer Services team in Yorkshire. The main duties of the role are to support the customer services department with key administrative duties working alongside the co-ordination role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To ensure accurate and speedy data input into the customer service operating system
2. To issue Miller documentation as and when required or requested to assist the homeowner in the use and understanding of their new home
3. Deal effectively and within charter timescales all incoming communications such as telephone calls, messages, emails and texts. Record on the system in a timely manner
