As the Field Training Administrator, your primary focus will be on the coordination and administration of training activity for retail staff. You will be responsible for scheduling in-person and virtual training sessions, managing training records, and supporting attendance tracking and follow-up. You will also assist in the preparation of visually engaging training materials using Adobe InDesign. This role is 37.5 hours working Monday-Friday and is well-suited to someone highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple administrative tasks to support a fast-paced retail learning environment. Main Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all in-person and virtual training sessions for retail teams Maintain up-to-date training records and calendars across internal systems Track and support attendance by issuing reminders, logging participation, and following up as needed Assist in creating and formatting training documents using Adobe InDesign Generate basic reports on training activity, including attendance and completion rates Liaise with key stakeholders to ensure smooth scheduling and communication of training plans Support internal communications relating to training — including updates, invitations, and follow-up messages Provide general administrative support to the Training team across a range of tasks What Wren Offer: Free access to our onsite gym Enjoy subsidised meals in our two fantastic restaurants Free on-site parking Staff discount on purchasing a kitchen after 1 year of continuous employment!
