Paediatric Clinical Lead Community Complex Care Location: Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire & Oxfordshire Salary: £45,000 £48,000 per annum Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday Contract: Permanent We are recruiting an experienced Paediatric Clinical Lead to join a well-established community complex care provider with over 10 years experience delivering high-quality, nurse-led care to children with complex health needs in their own homes. Due to the growth of new paediatric care packages across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, and Oxfordshire, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a senior clinical role within a supportive and expanding service. The Role As Paediatric Clinical Lead, you will provide clinical leadership across multiple community-based complex care packages, ensuring safe, effective, and person-centred care.
