Protocol Education are working closely with a well-regarded BS6 secondary school in North Bristol to appoint a Religious Education Teacher for a 5-week placement from Monday 20th April to Friday 22nd May.

About the Role
As the school’s Religious Education Teacher, you will deliver engaging lessons that encourage students to explore religious traditions, ethical questions and cultural perspectives.
The role includes full classroom responsibilities during the placement.
Your responsibilities will include:
Teaching Religious Education across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4
Planning and marking lessons during the 5-week placement
Encouraging thoughtful discussion and critical thinking
Building positive relationships with pupils and colleagues
Monitoring progress and supporting student learning
You will be supported by an experienced department who will help ensure you feel confident delivering the curriculum during the placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
