We’re recruiting experienced Multi Traders to join a well-established social housing contractoR.
The Role:
You’ll carry out a variety of repairs and maintenance works in occupied properties as part of a dedicated reactive maintenance team;
- Basic carpentry
- Basic plumbing
- Wet Trades
What’s on offer:
£21.40 per hour (CIS) – paid weekly
42.5 hours per week Monday–Friday
Temp to perm opportunity
Van, fuel card, uniform & PDA provided
Fully stocked van

Requirements:
City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 in a core trade (e.g. carpentry, plumbing, plastering, painting etc.)
Full UK driving licence
Solid experience in social housing or domestic environments
