Responsibilities
1. Designing and optimizing training material within the Infusion process including analysis of AS IS and future state of our training material and systems, creating Process Roadmap and plans for the present and future states and define training material requirements and specifications if material shall be developed of others
2. Standardization of generic layup training materials
3. Be part of building a culture of excellence, innovation, and accountability
4. Investigating and solving training issues using structured methods such as the 5x Whys, Fishbone Diagrams
5. Applying continuous improvement principles using quality tools Kaizen to reduce waste, improve efficiency, and ensure final training material quality
Qualifications
6. Bachelors degree in Manufacturing Engineering or similar
7. Train the Trainer or other training education
8. 6-8 years experience developing training material mainly for unskilled workers
9. Training of shop floor employees
10. Planning of training - for up to persons and have developed / defined functional training material For employees with a short or long education
11. Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems) and e-learning tools
12. Ability to ensure training aligns with ISO standards, safety regulations, and internal policies and to assess skill gaps and define learning objectives aligned with business goals

13. Knowledge of adult learning principles, blended learning, and experiential training formats
14. You are interested and willing to spend time in the factory environment as required to understand and solve problems
15. You are self-motivated; result-oriented and possess great organizational discipline
16. You find it exciting and interesting to work with other people in a large organization and can build up an intensive network across cultures and time zones and work with stakeholders
17. Be an active part of cross functional product development projects
