Overview
Team Leader (Must hold a driving licence) role at The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, Lossiemouth Service. Full-time position. Closing Date: 8th Sept 2025. We encourage applications from diverse backgrounds and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
Responsibilities
* Staff Management: Coaching and mentoring frontline staff with regular supervision; identifying training needs and ensuring training is provided; producing the monthly rota considering budget requirements and ensuring staff meet contracted hours while managing holiday cover and absence; developing the ability of the team to produce accurate and effective support plans; covering on-call shift work as needed.
* Supported Individuals: Plan and facilitate meetings with individuals and important people in their lives to gather information required to write effective support plans; effectively match supported individuals to staff members, keeping in mind outcomes and goals to be achieved.
* Organisational: Liaise with external agencies such as a person’s family or Social Work Services; ensure standards set by the SSSC and Care Inspectorate, as well as The Richmond Fellowship Scotland’s own standards, are met; positively represent the values of The Richmond Fellowship Scotland when engaging with external agencies.
Qualifications
* At least 2 years’ experience supporting individuals within care.
* Willing to work towards SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care or already hold SVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care.
* Driving Licence required.
