The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and supporting talented young footballers in a positive, supportive, and professional learning environment, providing a pathway into our Academy system.
Key Role Responsibilities:
1. Design and deliver engaging football coaching sessions to support player development over 12-24 weeks.
2. Conduct weekly player and session evaluations.
3. Coach players across the under 7's to under 11's age groups.
4. Liaise with parents and carers to foster a positive, welcoming environment.
5. Participate in relevant CPD and Coach Competency Framework activities.
6. Act as a positive role model for all players.
7. Support players through the games programme.
Experience and Skills:
* Experience coaching players aged U6-U11.
* Experience managing and leading a team.
* Ability to motivate individuals and teams.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge of young player talent identification and development.
* Understanding of the football recruitment process.

Qualifications:
Essential:
* UEFA C License
* FA Emergency Aid Certificate
* FA Safeguarding Children Certificate
Desirable:
* FA Youth Award
* UEFA B License
* Advanced Youth Award
