What you'll be doing:
* Leading end-to-end delivery of complex events across the UK & Europe and further afield
* Building and managing long-term client relationships – you’ll be a trusted advisor, not just an account handler
* Commercially strong - owning financial management, budgets & post event reconciliation
* Mentoring and guiding junior team members
* Contributing to new business pitches and proposals with creativity and commercial insight
* Leading on all the critical event H&S, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight
