We are looking for Engineering Technicians to join our team in Dordon. Our Customer Fulfilment Centre (CFC) operates 24/7, and your expertise will ensure seamless and efficient operations. About the role:
* Perform reactive and planned engineering maintenance and improvement works at the CFC.
* Collaborate with Inbound, Outbound, and support teams to optimize facility availability and performance, including MHE automation.
* Diagnose equipment breakdowns and carry out repairs.
* Analyze data to improve MHE performance.
* Report and monitor automation and maintenance data.
Shift: 12-hour shifts averaging 42 hours per week, including weekdays and weekends, days and nights. 264 hours holiday (22 days).
About you:
* Electrical or mechanical experience, preferably in FMCG.
* Problem solver with controls experience and fault analysis skills.
* Technical ability in automation hardware/software, with reactive and preventive maintenance experience.
* Organized team player with excellent communication skills.
Full training over 5 weeks will be provided. Experience in automated warehouse/logistics is desirable. Flexibility in working patterns is required.
