National Course Advisor

Location: Liverpool
Contract Type: Full‑time 1 FTE
Salary: Up to £28,500 per annum

About The Role

The role is a hybrid of a traditional contact centre position, where call volumes can be high, and account management that requires nurturing and developing relationships. It involves calling leads or accounts, interacting with them through video conferencing, and supporting and organising campus‑based activities such as tours and recruitment events.
