We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Intelligence and Digital Systems Manager to join our small team in a pivotal hands-on role supporting the effective use of data and digital systems across the organisation.
This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled data and digital professional who enjoys combining analysis, reporting, systems management and compliance in a practical healthcare setting. Working closely with operational and clinical teams, you will play a central role in producing high-quality business intelligence, whilst fulfilling NHS reporting requirements, overseeing digital processes and ensuring compliance with information governance frameworks.
The Business Intelligence and Digital Systems Manager is responsible for the development and continuous improvement of Vernovas business intelligence, reporting, digital systems, and information governance framework. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role with direct responsibility for day-to-day operational delivery, alongside professional oversight. The post-holder will lead data analysis, performance reporting and national dataset submissions. The role is central to meeting NHS reporting obligations, maintaining high data quality, and enabling the safe, efficient, and responsive delivery of services. This requires the ability to manage competing priorities and delivery against tight deadlines.
