What You’ll Do Handle and manage invoice queries : Deliver a professional customer service experience to both internal and external customers, meeting business needs efficiently and cost-effectively. Own the customer journey : Proactively initiate and capture customer requirements accurately through effective communication and input. Build strong relationships : Provide a personal, tailored service to every customer, internal and external. Navigate systems with ease : Use platforms like SAP, STARs / Hub, Geneysis, STARsMM, GPS / Trackit, and OnSite app to investigate and resolve invoice queries. Drive resolution : Raise and manage invoice queries, perform root cause analysis, and work to reduce future issues. Support and collaborate : Share knowledge, best practices, and workload with your team to maintain high morale and achieve CSC goals. Take ownership : Hold account responsibility for customers, understanding their business and processes. Maintain accuracy : Update quotations and orders, complete manual documents, and ensure all admin tasks are handled with precision. Resolve issues : Investigate and resolve complaints professionally, escalating when necessary and always protecting the business. Be versatile : Develop multi-skilled knowledge across roles and business areas to provide cover and support when needed.
