We are looking to recruit a Repairs Supervisor to join us, based in Basildon, Essex.
About the Role
Joining us as a Repairs Supervisor, you will lead a team as part of a project or defined work stream, driving excellent service standards and achievement of KPIs. You will assess resource requirements and support the management of the day-to-day activity, ensuring that all teamobjectivesare met within overall time,costand budget constraints.
Key attributes to this role are as follows:
* Youllhold a Level 3 tradeor Construction Management qualification
* Hold a Gold SupervisoryCSCS card
* Social Housing experience, specifically void experience
* Operational management experience/service delivery in trade role - managing operatives and subcontractors performance and KPIs.
* Delivering a compliant,safeand resilient service.
* Delivering services within budget.
* Strongtrack recordof managing multi-site workforces.
