Farrow & Ball – Retail Experience Marketing Manager, Wimborne We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our Marketing team in Wimborne as a Retail Experience Marketing Manager. This is a full-time position working on a hybrid basis, with 2 to 3 days per week in the office. Farrow & Ball are a luxury British lifestyle brand that prides itself in creating richly pigmented paint and handcrafted wallpaper, using print methods dating back 300 years and the finest quality ingredients. As Retail Experience Marketing Manager, you will be an expert on global direct retail channels within the marketing team, bringing insight to wider marketing plans and retail initiative development. This role bridges brand storytelling with in-store execution, ensuring every physical touchpoint reflects our identity and drives meaningful engagement and customer delight. You will play a key role in enhancing the in-store customer journey, boosting foot traffic and increasing conversion through compelling experiences and activations. What we expect from you as a Retail Experience Marketing Manager: Key Responsibilities Manage showroom decorative design and presentation including colour layout, colour walls, merchandise, furniture, feature walls and wallpaper Maintain permanent store presentation standards and merchandising in line with brand and trade strategy Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors and agencies for store design, production and installation of marketing materials Partner with commercial team leaders and store teams to ensure consistent brand execution Complete and maintain up-to-date compliance guidelines including store standards playbook and merchandising guides Manage the Retail Activations Lead Collaborate with cross-functional teams including brand, operations, creative and procurement to bring marketing campaigns to life in retail environments Execute and support store refurbishments and openings Provide toolkits and in-store displays for new initiatives Own the internal retail communications function Liaise with cross-functional teams including Customer Services Manage the retail operations inbox Deliver marketing campaign communications and regular business updates Support and implement updates to operational processes and company efficiencies within the retail estate Ensure programmes are developed and delivered within budget Foster a culture of continuous improvement through evaluation of results Analyse customer behaviour and feedback to optimise the in-store experience Stay informed on industry trends and luxury competitors to identify new ways to elevate the in-store experience Partner with the Retail Property team to execute in-store initiatives Monitor commercial performance KPIs including foot traffic, campaign ROI and customer satisfaction Manage the Retail Activations Lead and Retail Co-ordinator to deliver optimal performance against competencies, business goals, retail strategies and budget Contribute to channel and market meetings Knowledge and Experience Minimum of 5 years’ marketing experience Experience within the premium retail sector preferred Spatial design skills preferred Ability to deliver measurable business results Ability to maintain focus on company goals and objectives Strong cross-functional relationship building skills Confident managing stakeholders at all levels Ability to adapt within an evolving, multicultural environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills You must be prepared to work as part of a team and assist or carry out other duties during periods of high workload, sickness, holidays or emergencies.
