Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (06:00 18:00)
About the Role
We are recruiting Production Operatives to join a fast-paced manufacturing site in Methwold. Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play a key role in the production and packing of products, ensuring high standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Operate machinery and support production lines
* Pack products to required specifications
* Follow production plans to meet output targets
* Maintain high standards of Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Quality
* Contribute to continuous improvement and efficiency on site
About You
1. Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred) But as long as you come from a fast paced environment
2. Understanding of health and safety practices
3. Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
4. Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
