MEP Project Manager An exciting opportunity for an experienced MEP Project Manager to lead mechanical, electrical, and public health services across complex, high-value construction programmes (£25m MEP value). The role focuses on delivering excellence in time, cost, quality, safety, and sustainability while managing and developing high-performing teams. Key Responsibilities * Lead the MEP strategy and delivery across major construction projects * Manage programme, health & safety, quality, and technical compliance * Drive design reviews, procurement, commissioning, and handover processes * Provide leadership across multidisciplinary teams and ensure delivery against KPIs * Support innovation, digital delivery, and continuous improvement * Manage stakeholder relationships and maintain project governance ✅ Requirements * Demonstrable experience in managing £25m MEP works in the construction sector * Strong technical understanding of engineering systems and commissioning * Commercial awareness including procurement, change control, and forecasting * Knowledge of health & safety regulations and quality assurance practices * Proven ability to lead teams, resolve challenges, and deliver successful outcomes * Relevant qualifications: HNC/HND/Degree in Engineering or equivalent * SMSTS and CSCS certifications * Membership with CIBSE, IET, IMechE, or SoPHE (preferred) Offer * Opportunity to lead significant infrastructure and building projects * Inclusive, supportive working environment with flexible work options * Strong focus on professional development and progression This role is open to candidates from diverse backgrounds.
