FREELANCE Senior Quantity Surveyor - Building/Construction - 12 months, up to £400 per day [OUTSIDE IR35]
My client is a Building Main Contractor with an annual turnover of £200m. They currently have a number of construction projects ranging from £1m to £30m in the East Midlands region. They are seeking a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage these schemes commercially.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A build main contracting background
* JCT contract knowledge
* Sector experience within Commercial, Sport & Leisure, Retail, MOD
