Casework Coordinator – Ukrainian Project
Location: Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire Areas, hybrid home and office (flexible)
Salary: £26,489 to £28,826 per annum, pro rata.
Hours: 35 per week, flexible
Contract: Fixed term contract to November months)

e UK.

What will a day in the life of a Casework Coordinator
involve?Providing advice and advocacy on welfare, housing, health and asylum
support.Coordinating emergency provisions like hardship payments, hygiene packs and h
ot meals.Supporting and managing volunteers to deliver high-quality casework
services.Building relationships with external partners to ensure holistic support for servi
ce users.
To be a successful Casework Coordinator, what will
you need?Experience delivering casework advocacy to vulnerable clients, ideally within refugee or asylum
contexts.Strong communication skills, including working with interpreters and diverse co
mmunities.The ability to manage volunteers and work collaboratively in a high-pressure en
vironment.Knowledge of asylum seekers' rights and entitlements, and how to advocate ef
fectively.Be able to travel in and around the Nottinghamshire and Derbysh
ire areas.
