Senior Support Worker – Ditchingham £13.55ph to £15.05ph
Typical shifts: Monday to Sunday 7am‑3pm & 3pm‑10pm

Senior Support Workers with a passion for enhancing the quality of life are at the heart of our management team. We’re searching for a fantastic Senior Support Worker to lead our supported living service in Ditchingham. This welcoming and friendly environment is supported by a dynamic team.
As a Senior Support Worker you will help people gain more independence in daily life, whilst assisting the Manager with day‑to‑day supervision and service management. Your responsibilities include allocating shifts, booking training, inducting new colleagues, supporting supervision, ordering medication, and ensuring the people we support can manage their finances.

We’re looking for a Senior Support Worker with both the right experience and values. Required experience includes a Level 3 in Health & Social Care, previous work as a Senior Support Worker, and experience working with individuals requiring enhanced support – including behaviours of distress, mental health conditions, acquired brain injury, autism, forensic histories, and trauma.
