Sheridan Maine is proud to be working with a Hampshire-based, well-established business to recruit a Qualified Finance Manager.
This role is varied in content and works closely with the Finance Director, overseeing all day-to-day accounting activities. It is a newly created position that offers a great career opportunity for a qualified Finance Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage a small team
2. Oversee all day-to-day financial accounting transactions
3. Handle month-end closing for multiple entities
4. Manage statutory reporting
5. Support external and internal audit requirements
Skills and Experience:
* Qualified Accountant – ACA/ACCA/CIMA
* Strong team management skills
* Advanced Excel skills and ERP knowledge
* Experience in an international business (desirable)
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with previous management experience. A background in Manufacturing or Technology would be advantageous.
