Team Contract Administrator - 25k - London Full-time | Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM We are looking for an enthusiastic and organised individual to join our team as a Junior Contract Administrator. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone who has recently left education or is looking to transition from retail or hospitality into an office-based role. Key Responsibilities: Schedule subcontractors (e.g., electricians, plumbers) using Excel and internal systems Coordinate with clients and subcontractors via phone and email Support day-to-day administration and project coordination Maintain accurate records and update internal databases Assist the wider team with general office duties as required What We're Looking For: Good communication skills, both written and verbal Basic knowledge of Excel and confidence using computer systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment This Role Would Suit Someone Who: Has recently finished school, college, or university looking to move from a customer-facing role (such as retail or hospitality) into an administrative or office-based career Enjoys working in a team and learning new skills Why Join Us?
