They’re looking for a Stock and Logistics Coordinator to join a small, collaborative team. Your new role In this role, you’ll be the key link between transport partners, production, suppliers and customers. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Coordinating goods in and goods out, making sure that everything runs smoothly * Liaising with external hauliers to arrange outgoing deliveries * Booking deliveries with customers and keeping them informed * Working closely with production so that stock is allocated correctly * Accepting and administrating supplier bookings for incoming materials * Processing goods-in and making sure stock is accurately logged on the system * Handling some sales order processing as part of the broader admin team * Supporting an Account Manager on a key customer account with stock control and fulfilment * Inputting production data to keep records accurate and up to date What you'll need to succeed Experience in logistics or transport planning Comfortable using computer systems, especially Word, Outlook, Excel, although you will be trained on in-house systems Strong organisational skills and attention to detail A helpful, team‑focused approach with a willingness to get stuck in and support colleagues Confidence communicating with hauliers, suppliers and customers What you'll get in return This is a great job for someone who is looking for a stable, friendly and supportive working environment.
