Lead QA Analyst
We are working with a leading financial services Institution who are looking to hire a Lead QA Analyst to join their team.
Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Design, implement, and refine a robust QA framework that meets FCA regulations (CONC, SYSC, PRIN) while aligning with internal policies.
* Ensure that QA processes uphold FCA standards, focusing on transparency, customer vulnerability, and fair treatment.
* Build and lead a high-performing QA team, fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and regulatory excellence.
* Analyse QA results, identify trends and root causes, and share actionable insights with senior leadership.
* Work closely with Compliance, Operations, and Training teams to integrate QA insights into everyday business processes and customer journeys.
* Challenge the status quo and use your expertise to influence operational improvements that enhance customer outcomes.
* Support audits and regulatory reviews, ensuring QA processes and findings are transparent and effective.
About you:
* Experience within in QA or compliance roles within FCA-regulated financial services or debt management firms.
* A strong grasp of FCA rules (CONC, SYSC, DISP, and the Consumer Duty) and their practical application.
* Proven ability to develop QA frameworks and lead teams effectively.
* Exceptional ability to analyse data, communicate insights, and manage stakeholders.
* A passion for improving customer outcomes, especially for vulnerable customers.
* A proactive, inquisitive mindset with the confidence to challenge existing processes and drive positive change.
