The role is on a full-time basis 5 day a week starting in September for the full academic year. The role is working 8. 30-3. 30 with daily pay rates for this position 89- 99. As a teaching assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the classroom teacher in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for young children. You will assist with planning and delivering engaging lessons, providing one-on-one support for children with SEN, and helping to maintain a safe and orderly classroom. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education, as well as a passion for working with young children. Key responsibilities of the role include:Supporting the delivery of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) frameworkAssisting with planning and delivering activities and lessonsBuilding positive relationships with parents and carersSupporting children with their personal care needsKeeping records of children's progress and developmentContributing to the smooth running of the nursery.
