We're seeking a PMO Delivery Analyst to join a centralised PMO function within a technology / CIO office. This role will provide delivery support across multiple large-scale technology and digital programmes, contributing to the successful execution and governance of key transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the planning, delivery, and reporting of complex technology and digital programmes.
* Maintain programme governance, ensuring documentation, risks, issues, and dependencies are accurately tracked.
* Coordinate across multiple workstreams to ensure delivery milestones are met.
* Prepare and analyse project data, reports, and dashboards for senior stakeholders.
* Support continuous improvement across PMO processes and standards.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a PMO Analyst or Project Support role within large technology or digital environments.
* Strong understanding of project governance, RAID management, and reporting processes.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
