at MANUAL, you'll be at the forefront of digital healthcare, providing expert clinical guidance to patients through our innovative telehealth platform. Since launching our weight loss offering in early 2024, we've rapidly become one of the UK's leading providers of GLP1s for weight loss and hair loss solutions.
This role is specifically designed for registered healthcare professionals
(nurses, pharmacists, etc.) who excel in patient communication and are passionate about digital healthcare.
Your Impact as a Clinical Advisor
* Direct Patient Care: Deliver high-quality virtual consultations via live chat, messaging, and phone calls, providing evidence-based guidance for weight loss, erectile dysfunction, and hair loss treatments
* Clinical Excellence: Apply your healthcare expertise to ensure patient safety whilst efficiently managing a high volume of consultations
* Quality Assurance: Maintain exceptional standards of care while meeting service level agreements and efficiency targets

What Makes You the Ideal Candidate
* Required: Current registration as a healthcare professional (nursing, pharmacy, dietetics, or related field)
* Required: Minimum 1 year of patient-facing healthcare experience.
* Highly Valued: Experience in telemedicine, digital healthcare, or remote patient consultations.
* Essential: Strong digital literacy and comfort with healthcare technology platforms
* Essential: Proven ability to manage high volumes of patient interactions whilst maintaining quality care.
* Important: Experience with patient prioritisation and efficient workflow management.
* Desired: Knowledge of weight management and/or men's health conditions

* Salary (prorated for part-time):
* Remote: up to £38,000 per annum
* Hybrid: up to £40,000 per annum
