We are looking for a Revenue Executive to support the Cluster Revenue Manager and Inns General Managers to maximise the property rooms revenue by assisting with data analysis, pricing, distribution and reporting tasks. You will help monitor booking trends, adjust rates, maintain data accuracy and support the execution of pricing strategies.

Your day to day activities will include:

1. Working closely with the Cluster Revenue Manager and individual General Managers to implement and develop rooms revenue strategy through analysis of trends in data to develop a successful revenue strategy.
2. Maximising total revenue of the property through rate manipulation and restrictions
3. Providing ongoing insight about revenue performance and trends of individual properties
4. Participating in the process of delivering the annual rooms revenue budget through revenue strategy.
5. Monitoring and controlling all functions of the revenue management system and providing accurate reporting
6. Taking the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions
7. Overseeing and maintaining distribution channels, including OTA (Online Travel Agents), GDS (Global Distribution Systems), PMS (Property Management System) direct booking websites, and other third-party platforms.
8. Rate loading in all integrated systems to ensure all information entered in is accurate.

This role will be home based with some occasional travel to Head Office or our properties as required.

9. Highly organised, self-motivated, creative and forward-thinking problem solver
10. Inquisitive, logical and objective in your approach
11. Loves hospitality and keen to delve into the background. You will have knowledge and experience of hospitality from a rooms perspective preferably from a hotel front office, sales office or reservations background.
12. A strong, clear and effective communicator – both written and verbal with the ability to build strong relationships and rapport virtually.
13. Resilient, determined, driven and inspired to achieve challenging targets
14. An optimistic, independent self-starter with a knack for identifying opportunity
15. You will be knowledgeable of the global travel and accommodation market
16. Fluent in English.
17. Proficient user of Excel, Outlook and Word and Microsoft Teams
18. Outstanding time management skills & ability to work under pressure
19. Previous Knowledge/use of Rezlynx or another PMS is desirable
20. Experience of working with OTA’s (booking.com/ Expedia) is desirable.
