We’re looking for a credible, commercially minded HR Business Partner to support leaders across our WPS business in the Midlands. You’ll coach and challenge senior managers, drive people initiatives end‑to‑end, and ensure governance and consistency in a geographically dispersed environment — all while helping us build a high‑performance, inclusive culture.

* Resolve ER cases promptly and improve engagement across teams 💬
What you’ll bring 🌟
* Strong HR partnering experience in a fast‑paced, dispersed environment
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law ⚖️
* Excellent coaching, influencing & communication skills
* Commercially minded with strong problem‑solving ability
* CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent qualification 🎓
* Experience managing a small team (2–4) desirable 👥
