Salary: Up to £115 per day (Depending on experience)

GSL Education are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA) to work in schools across the Sheffield area. This is a rewarding opportunity for individuals who are committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs.
Your Role as a SEN Teaching Assistant (SEN TA):
Provide tailored one-to-one or small group support to pupils with SEN.
Assist teachers in delivering inclusive and engaging lessons.
Support pupils with a range of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties.
Help manage behaviour positively and effectively.
Prepare and adapt learning materials to meet individual needs.
Monitor and report on pupil progress and emotional well-being.
Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.
Requirements:
CACHE Level 2/3 or NVQ Level 2/3 in Teaching Assistant or Childcare.
A degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field is desirable.
Previous experience supporting children with SEN in an educational setting is essential.
Patience, empathy, and a proactive approach to learning support.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply for one.
