Overview
An exciting opportunity for a Junior Recruiter / Resourcer looking to build a career in recruitment, with a clear pathway to becoming a Recruitment Consultant specialising in the passive fire protection sector. Full training will be provided, so prior sector experience is not essential.
Key Responsibilities
* Source and engage candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, and other platforms
* Screen candidates and conduct initial interviews
* Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
* Support senior consultants with live vacancies
* Develop knowledge of the passive fire protection industry
* Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
* Assist with administrative recruitment tasks
Requirements
* Strong interest in recruitment and career progression
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn
* Organised with good attention to detail
* Previous sales, customer service, or office experience is desirable but not essential
