About The Role
* Working in the classroom to support students’ learning and engagement
* Deliver and support small-group interventions tailored to students’ needs
* Have the opportunity to design and develop your own interventions, based on your interests, strengths, and the needs of our students

Qualifications
Experience of working with young people aged 11–18 is desirable but not essential. We are looking for people who are committed, reflective, and passionate about helping young people succeed.
