Teacher of English – Harlow, Essex | Permanent Position
A forward-thinking and inclusive secondary school located in Harlow, Essex, is currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Teacher of English.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver high-quality, engaging English lessons across KS3 and KS4
2. Plan and implement creative and differentiated lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum
3. Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback
4. Support the wider school ethos by engaging in extra-curricular opportunities and pastoral care
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
1. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
2. Willingness to participate in a big vision
3. Experience supporting students with varying academic needs, including those with SEND and high-achieving pupils, to ensure individual progress
4. A commitment to raising standards and ensuring all students achieve their full potential
