This role involves providing high-quality support to our clients in their own homes, always ensuring dignity, respect, and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend to scheduled client visits punctually, offering respectful and confidential support at all times.
Support clients with personal care needs such as washing, toileting, changing incontinence pads, and medication assistance.
Help with daily living tasks including light cleaning, laundry, meal and drink preparation, ensuring clients feel comfortable and cared for.
Ensure all assigned calls are attended to during your shift and escalate any concerns as needed.
Keep accurate, up-to-date records and documentation in line with our policies.
Build and maintain positive, respectful relationships with clients, their families, and visitors.
Job Requirements:
