Job Summary
As a Strategic Marketing Manager, you'll support the GTM integrated communications approach for new propositions, products and services. You will shape positioning, build integrated go‑to‑market plans, and ensure communications land clearly and consistently across member and B2B audiences.
Working closely with cross‑functional teams and agencies, you will turn insight into compelling messaging, coordinate launch activity across channels, and help embed Nest’s brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Support GTM integrated communications approach for new propositions, products and services.
* Shape positioning and build integrated go‑to‑market plans.
* Ensure communications land clearly and consistently across member and B2B audiences.
* Turn insight into compelling messaging and coordinate launch activity across channels.
* Embed Nest’s brand strategy.
* Define customer strategies.
* Develop, maintain and evolve customer value propositions.
* Develop the brand and marketing of Nest to customers.
* Design the service experience across all channels.
* Work with partner TCS to deliver a service that delights customers and protects their data and assets.

Required Experience
* Minimum 5 years marketing/brand experience, in house or agency side.
* Generalist marketing experience.
* Proven experience of developing and delivering integrated campaigns.
