We’re looking for a Head of Talent Partnerships & Brand Development to build both our outbound brand outreach and inbound deal pipeline from the ground up. What You’ll Do Lead proactive outreach to brands, PR firms, agencies, and advertisers. Pitch collaborations, negotiate terms, and close paid campaigns. Design the media kit, pitch decks, and contact systems that attract inbound opportunities. Build relationships, track results, and set up repeatable workflows. Help expand the roster by identifying future talent opportunities. What You Bring 3 years in influencer marketing, PR, or brand partnerships. Proven success driving both outbound and inbound deal flow. Excellent communication, organisation, and follow-through. Confident with Canva or other creative tools for media materials.
