Job Summary We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant (PA) / Secretary to support the management team in a busy electrical company. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules, handling correspondence, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, suppliers, and staff. Key Responsibilities Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team. Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise appointments. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general enquiries from clients and suppliers. Prepare and organise documents, reports, and correspondence. Maintain organised filing systems for company records and project documents. Book flights, accommodation and hire cars Order office supplies and maintain inventory records. Support health and safety documentation and compliance records. Ensure confidential information is handled securely. Required Qualifications 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths. Previous experience in an administrative, secretarial, or PA role is desirable. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
