What You’ll Be Doing:
You’ll take responsibility for delivering sales volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction across new and used vehicles, while ensuring your team consistently meets and exceeds KPIs.
* Lead, coach and inspire a team of Sales Executives
* Drive performance against key metrics including conversion rates, finance penetration and customer satisfaction
* Manage vehicle stock levels and showroom standards in line with brand expectations
* Maintain strong relationships with manufacturer partners and ensure full compliance with their standards
* Support business development through effective lead management, prospecting and marketing initiatives
* Collaborate with the aftersales and finance teams to ensure seamless end-to-end customer experience
What you’ll need:
* Proven up to date experience in a Group / Senior Sales Manager role at a franchised dealership
* Strong understanding of modern automotive retail processes and digital lead handling
* Exceptional leadership, communication and people management skills
* A focus on performance, accountability and team development
* A full UK driving licence
