Our public sector client are looking for a PA to join them on a temporary basis.
Location: County Hall, Glenfield (Hybrid – 2 days office / 3 days home)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Department: Children & Family Services – Secretariats Team
Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced PA with Secretariat experience to support Directors and Heads of Service within Children & Family Services. The role requires a professional, organised individual able to manage a busy and varied workload.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage complex diaries and senior management inboxes
* Arrange, facilitate, and minute meetings, including preparing documentation
* Act as first point of contact for enquiries from MPs, schools, partners, and the public
* Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support
* Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and audit readiness
* Handle calls, emails, and visitors appropriately
* Produce reports, statistical analysis, and support FOI responses
Requirements
* Proven PA and Secretariat experience
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Experience supporting senior managers
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and confidential information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and database systems

Hybrid role: 2 days office-based, 3 days remote
