Your new role
The Operations Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimising all aspects of the manufacturing process within the organisation. This position requires a strong combination of leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to ensure the efficient and effective production of goods while maintaining high quality standards and safety protocols. The Operations Manager will collaborate closely with various departments, including production, logistics, quality control, and maintenance, to achieve operational excellence and meet the stated business objectives and growth plan.
