What You’ll Be Doing
As Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth daily operations of the hotel, enabling the General Manager to focus on strategic growth. Your role includes maintaining high standards, motivating the team to deliver personalized guest service in line with our ethos, and ensuring a seamless 4-star guest experience from arrival to departure. You will also identify sales opportunities and develop your team accordingly.
What You’ll Need
* Experience in a 4+ red star hotel environment, preferably with exposure to a coveted rosette setting; strong people skills and ability to manage a fast-paced luxury resort.
* Experience at Head of Department level in a similar quality setting.
* Excellent leadership, financial acumen, and personable skills.
* A passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
* Highly organized, capable of managing both operational tasks and strategic planning.
* Candidates from recognized luxury hotel groups such as Relais & Châteaux, Small Luxury Hotels of the World, or Pride of Britain are encouraged to apply.
